Here is where it all begins. The Cedar Avenue Courier's head office is on Cedar Avenue (my house...duh if you haven't figured that out by now....maybe you should go back to Iowa!)
Here are some shots of my room. As you can see, i have old skool nintendo posters on the back of the door, i have an old skool Linytron 13" TV, which is on top of a really old Hitachi VCR (do they even make Hitachi anymore?). What's great is that those Linytron TVs are normally used for security in stores (this was my dad's old store). And whenever you see a movie that has a Security TV on it, it's usually a Linytron exactly like mine! On the back wall i have the solar system painted on it (i used to be huge in Astronomy).
I've got a map of the world on one wall (a map of the USA too). and then the picture of the cone is the one Shannon and I got from the Mystic Lake Casino up in Minnesota! SPRING BREAK!!!!!! This picture was taken with the flash off.
This picture shows you the power of the reflection of the cone. i took the picture with the lights off and aimed the flash at my desk (my desk, mind you, not the cone). it reflected off the cone, and lit up the whole freakin room for a split second. Then of course is the wonderful "ROAD CLOSED" sign that Willer and I "found" one night on Kuhn Road just lying in the middle of the road. To give you a comparison as to how freakin huge that sign is, i put it on my bed. As you can see, it takes up more than 3/4 of a twin size bed. !
My two dogs: Spooky, the black lab on the left, and Shakes, the cockerspaniel on the right. Spooky is 10 years old, and Shakes is 5.
My room might look a little non-exciting due to the fact that all my stuff is basically in Iowa. and all my christmas lights are in Iowa. but come this summer, when i'm back for a few months it'll be pimped out just like our dorm is.
